• How long do shaping courses last ?

  In the case of a shaping experience assisted by digital machining (cutting of a pre-shape), the complete experience will last 2 days of 8 hours.   YES ! We adapt ourselves to your availability, to plan your entire project with you. From a customer experience point of view, we consider it is preferable to carry out the entire training over 2 or 3 consecutive days. • Can we divide class hours ?

  It is better that you will be available for full days. Stopping in the middle of shaping a rail or between stages of your surfboard lamination can sometimes be problematic. A full day is better !Popular

• When choosing the shaping machine, is there a shaping part of the blank anyway ?

  The use of our digital machining machines allows the shaping work to be greatly reduced. Despite everything, we voluntarily leave room for work and a level of finishing, which then requires finalizing, cleaning and refining all the technical details of the shape. Let's say that almost 80% of the shaping work is done and that you will skip the steps of roughing and finding curves, with the electric plane, to concentrate mainly on the finish and the details.
